Al Davila began lobbying for the California Association of Highway Patrolmen (CAHP) in the 1970's. Al was on the CAHP Board of Directors for 13 years and served in many offices, including statewide president. He retired from the CHP after 28 years of distinguished service, and has worked for ARA for more than 15 years. Al brings not only knowledge of associations but also an understanding of the legislative process. Al is an annuitant of PERS and represents our clients at PERS board and committee meetings.
